Farming in the Foothills: Cut Flowers & Fruit with Altitude

After countless years of intensive gardening, the garden grew into a farm – officially established in the Spring of 2020. However, this was no ordinary farm, as the farmer was too feral for standard row-crops and other traditional practices that just wouldn’t work in the mountains…

About Us

Feral Mountain Farm primarily grows specialty cut flowers for casual events or simply to brighten your kitchen table. The flowers are grown without using any chemical sprays so they can be enjoyed as nature intended. Another facet of the farm is the fruit orchard – currently producing apples and plums, with plans to expand in the future. The farm is home to creatures big and small – from Mountain Lion to Frogs and native Bumblebees. Cultivating a balance between nature and good land stewardship is how we grow.
